Women in Wealth Management Scholarship

Summary

With approximately half of our client base being managed by women advisors, our focus on female leadership is apparent. Budros, Ruhlin & Roe established a strategic initiative to enhance our reputation as a women-friendly wealth management firm among clients, peer firms, and members of our community.  We have set out to achieve this goal by promoting our female employees in the community, enhancing the professional and leadership skills of our women, actively seeking female candidates for professional staff positions, and reaching out to potential women clients through business development efforts.

As a direct result of our focus on female leadership, Budros, Ruhlin & Roe has created a Women in Wealth Management Scholarship.  The purpose of this scholarship is to support future female financial professionals in pursuing a career in wealth management.  We understand that education and experience in this field is essential to success for clients and professionals alike; the recipient of this scholarship will receive $1,500 toward their college tuition, as well as a paid summer internship with Budros, Ruhlin & Roe, Inc.
