Samantha has been a member of the Budros, Ruhlin & Roe, Inc. team since 2011. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in family financial management from The Ohio State University.

Samantha leads the firm's women's initiative, BRR4Women, which involves coordinating female client events, conducting internal leadership luncheons to encourage and empower female leadership within the firm, and spreading awareness in the community. Samantha also was responsible for the launch of Budros, Ruhlin & Roe's Women in Wealth Management Scholarship program in 2016.  In addition, she leads the firm’s Quality Assurance Team, which handles and coordinates process-related projects involving data management, ensures data accuracy, and focuses on error prevention.

Samantha received the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) New Professional Award in 2016 and was featured as a panelist at the 2016 
Powerful Women Paving the Way event hosted by The Woltemade Center for Economics, Business & Entrepreneurship at Ohio Wesleyan University.  She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).  Samantha volunteers with The Women's Fund of Central Ohio and is a member of the organization's investment committee. She is also a member of the Women's Initiative committee of NAPFA, a WIN Advocate and Mentor for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards' Women's Initiative (WIN), and an active member of WELD Ohio (Women for Economic and Leadership Development).  

She is passionate about giving back to the community and devotes a significant amount of time to volunteering. She is an active volunteer with Lifetown Columbus, and is a fundraising coordinator for Cause for Paws Ohio. Samantha and her certified therapy dog, Nixon, also volunteer their time reading with the students of Valleyview Elementary school and attending Franklin County Children's Services events.

Samantha currently resides in Hilliard with her husband, Todd, daughter Grace, and her two rescue dogs, Nixon and Reagan. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and being outdoors.
